1. Order Verification
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure:
• The correct product(s) are packed.
• The correct quantity is sent.
• Products are securely packed to help prevent damage during transit.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We follow a No Return, No Refund & No Exchange Policy.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind.
• Ordering the wrong product.
• No longer requiring the product.
• Incorrect order placed by the customer.
4. Shipping & Transit
Orders are shipped through India Post or our selected courier partner.
While we ensure secure packaging before dispatch, delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during transit.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or any item is missing due to our packing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your Order Number
• Parcel opening video (recorded from the sealed package without any cuts or edits)
• Clear photos of the received items
Claims made without an uncut parcel opening video may not be accepted.
After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution if the mistake is found to be on our side.
6. Acceptance of Policy
